"We have known Ted for over five years now. Ted is our favorite Real Estate Agent. He has been very helpful and patient in assisting us to get established in Rexburg and he seems to know everything about the community and about the people who are selling homes here. We were amazed on two occasions when he took us out to see homes, he actually showed us through homes that weren't on the market yet. We both wondered, "How does he do that!" We admire Ted for being such a positive influence in the community, but we also know he is a good family man and serves well in the Church. Sincerely and best wishes to Ted," Scott and Trenna Dixon "In tribute to Ted, one of the finest realtors in the country! Ted has represented us on numerous transactions during the past years and presently is doing an outstanding job marketing our latest project, Rock Creek Hollow. His expertise and knowledge of the market is something that we recognize and appreciate. We can always count on Ted’s professionalism and clarity to details in making each transaction accurate. During the last few months, after the accident that took Galen Nelson and Tom Sainsbury, Ted has been an anchor to us. We have had to rely on him, not only in the business world, but as a friend as well. His sensitivity to our situation has aided us tremendously. We thank Ted and the great people at Century 21, as well as the kind people at Alliance and First American Title in Rexburg. We look forward to our continued relationship with Ted and to a great year. Thank you Ted for all you have done and all you have been." In sincere appreciation, The Galen Nelson Family. (Quenalee) "We decided to list our house in Chester in October 2007- the month that the bottom fell out of the housing market. Our timing was not good. I had read an article in the Journal that Ted Whyte had received numerous regional awards for Century 21. We had previously used Century 21 to buy and sell two houses in the Washington, D.C. area; so, when I mentioned Ted to my husband, Mike, that I thought that Ted would be the right choice for us, he agreed.

"We decided to list our house in Chester in October 2007- the month that the bottom fell out of the housing market.
Our house had a few disadvantages: too big (3300 sq ft), too old (built in 1917), a scary basement, a 50 year old oil heater, and not enough land (1 1/3 acres). And it was true that potential clients did want more acreage. Sometimes we got discouraged, but Ted did not.
By late November, the ideal couple looked at it and liked what they saw. We really hoped they would be the ones to purchase it. We negotiated a price that was mutually advantages to both parties, and the deal was sealed before Christmas. However, with the holidays, closing wasn't until the middle of January 2008.
I still cannot believe our house sold in such short amount of time! All that I had read in the paper about his success became very evident. Ted was always optimistic, diligent, and patient with us. It is clear to us that we made the right choice for our realtor. I am sure that had we chosen anyone else, we would still be sitting in Chester waiting for winter to end. Instead, we are here in Indiana and loving it very much! Thanks, Ted, for a job well done!"
